No Purchases by Minors
By ordering a product from Fergy's Friends, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older. If a child under the age of 18 orders a product, Fergy's Friends will assume that a parent accompanied the order and approved of it.

Taxes
You are responsible for paying all sales, use, and other similar taxes relating to any of your online purchases of products.

Shipping and Processing; Insurance
You are also responsible for paying all shipping and processing charges relating to your online purchases and for insuring your purchases.

Returns and Guarantees
Fergy's Friends Paper Dolls are each made individually by hand.  There are slight variations in each doll that come from being hand made. They are a paper-based product and although Fergy's Friends has tried to make the dolls more durable by laminating them, and the clothes stronger by the use of a heavier card stock, they are still a paper-based product.  They will eventually wear out.  However, if you are not 100% satisfied with the quality and/or creativity of the dolls, you may return them for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the purchased date.  Shipping charges will not be credited back.  If you have any questions regarding Fergy's Friends guarantee, please contact sales at sales@fergysfriends.com.

Privacy Policy

Fergy's Friends is committed to protecting your online privacy when visiting the website operated by us. We do not collect and keep any personal information including credit card information when ordering online. We also do not collect and keep personal information online from children under the age of 13 without consent of a parent or legal guardian as in when establishing a Pen Pal relationship with Fergy and her friends.
